Kearney & Company is seeking an Accounting Manager that will be responsible for daily management of the engagement including, discussing audit findings with client/auditee personnel, drafting and reviewing audit reports, supervision of senior and junior auditors, periodic formal and informal status briefings to client's and Kearney Partners, developing audit programs, preparing status reports and providing technical assistance on complex accounting/audit issues. We are looking for individuals with at least six years experience in a public accounting firm or Government Agency. In addition, candidates must have exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships. Strong technical skills are essential. CPA required, CGFM or CISA are considered a plus. U.S. citizenship required.
