M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking recent MBA graduates with 2-5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Purchasing & Procurement and/or Human Resources. We need hard working and motivated individuals who can do grunt work, but also complete projects that are new and require research, development and analysis. Must have strong knowledge of Accounting, Finance, Purchasing & Procurement and/or Human Resources policies and procedures, communication skills and demonstrate excellent leadership. Bachelors degree in related field, Masters degree mandatory
Experience Required:
2-5 years of work experience in a Corporate environment;
Masters of Business Administration;
Candidate must have a stable work history;
Must have report generating and computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Access ;
Must be willing to learn all different aspects of the Corporate environment.;
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Candidate should be a team player and able to meet time sensitive deadlines.
