AECOM’s Shared Service Center (SSC) located in Richmond, VA is seeking an Invoice & T&E Resolution/Disbursements Supervisor to oversee the accurate and timely processing and disbursement of vendor obligations. Supervise Team on weekly deadlines, month end close, financial audits, and performance reviews. Consistently manage all resources to maximize efficiency within the Department.
Specific Requirements:
8-10 years Accounts Payable/Accounting experience
Five years of management/supervisory experience leading teams.
Four year business or accounting degree preferred
Thorough knowledge of full accounting cycle
Experience with annual 1099 filing
Proficient in MSOffice (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Access)
Knowledge in ERP systems and accounting software, Oracle a plus
Ability to effectively present information in one-to one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees in the Organization
