Required Skills:


Accountant (Cash/Investments)Analyze, reconcile, manage and report on cash and investment accounts. Lead the development of an on-line account documentation system.Accountant (Projects/Service Centers)Manage multiple engineering and construction projects or service centers using cost accounting and activity based budgeting. Responsible for financial analysis and reporting. Process monthly billings, change orders and other accounting and management documents. Develop and monitor budgets. Lead monthly financial review meetings.Accountant (Business Unit/Division)Manage accounting and finances for business unit or division through monthly income statement. Analyze and produce monthly project reports. Process change orders, budget adjustments and billings. Manage other accountants. Analyze trends: project costs, overheads and division P&L. Lead monthly financial review meetings.


Experience Required:


5 to 7 years of related experience;
Masters Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent accounting, finance, bookkeeping experience
Proficiency at Excel, Word. Additional preference for Access, Visio, MS Project
Interest in developing and implementing procedures and process improvements
Analytical and organized personality with ability to multi-task
Desire to take responsibility and complete special assignments
Motivation, persistence, and superior work ethics
Prior job stability, if not recent graduate
