Description:

Lead the development of all SEC quarterly and annual financial reports all company divisions. Ensure the complete, accurate and timely submission of all external financial reporting information. Interpret GAAP guidelines including FASB and SEC pronouncements and determine their effect on financial reporting matters. Liaison with external auditors, external and internal legal counsel and other internal reporting constituents on SEC reporting matters

The position coordinates and interacts regularly with Controller’s Community, Legal, Investor Relations, Treasury, as well as the VP of Finance. Supervisory experience is essential.

Requirements:

    *
      8-12 years exp in accounting with exp in public accounting a strong plus.
    *
      CPA required
    *
      Experience with Public Clients or Industry experience with Public Company
    *
      The ideal candidate will use creative thinking to lead in the implementation of improvements to the workflow processes. Coaching, teaming and mentoring skills are a plus.
    *
      A negligable amount of travel is expected in this position.
