We are currently seeking a Senior Associate to join us in our Washington, DC office.
Responsibilities: ?Provide advisory support and recommend solutions to Order Management personnel ?Performing analysis of order management policies, processes, controls, data and systems ?Assist in logistics analyses; studies of Industrial Prime Vendor (IPV) relationships; process understanding, documentation and value stream mapping of supply chain process for various commodities to include aviation, medical, C&T, subsistence, maritime, etc. ?Evaluate the design and completeness of standard operating procedures; SAP process papers; training plans, technical manuals, and other related logistics documentation ?Support activities and tasks as a Subject Matter Professional (SMP) and analyst in various logistics processes to remediate previously identified material weaknesses which may include developing plan of actions and milestones (POA&M); kick-off briefings; white papers; test plans for controls; standard operating procedures and desktop procedures; training plans and materials; performing data analysis; gap analysis of ERP requirements; and system documentation and management reports for assigned logistics elements across the Order-to-Cash Business Cycle
Qualifications: ?Minimum of five years work experience in at least three Order-to-Cash sub-process areas within the Department of Defense which may include: customer management; customer and product master files; fulfillment of orders; inventory planning; distribution/transportation; billing and collections ?Minimum of two years experience or certification in SAP Sales and Distribution or other modules related to Order-to-Cash preferred ?Project/Program Management experience ?Federal Accounting and Financial Management experience ?Previous advisory experience ?Experience in Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) or OMB A-123 (Management Internal Control) implementation requirements, approaches and industry interpretation preferred ?Experience developing SOX or A-123 (Management Internal Control) project/program plans and assisting in remediation efforts, designing and executing testing strategies and developing documentation preferred ?
Experience developing and performing management compliance and self assessment reviews within a supply chain function preferred ?BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university in Accounting, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Management of Information Systems ?Master?s degree from an accredited college/university in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Economics, Finance, or Management of Information Systems preferred ?Exceptional oral and written communication skills ?Eligible to obtain a security clearance within a reasonable amount of time. Obtaining clearance may include being subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. ?DAWIA Level II in Contracting and/or Program Management or licensed CPA, or eligible to sit for the CPA exams preferred ?Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred ?Able to travel up to 50 percent KPMG offers and supports flexible work arrangements as well as part-time schedules.
