Job Description:

Responsibilities include the Following:
-Management of the all the Company's government compliance oversight activities as it relates to DCAA and DCMA.
-Responsible for negotiation of indirect rates for all open years with a minimum of questioned costs.
-Resolve FAR/CAS noncompliance issues.
-Integration of internal policies, programs, and systems in cost submissions.
-Conduct reviews and prepares necessary files and correspondence to support contract closeouts.
-Author the response to all audit reports, staff as necessary, and review with management.
Includes impact statements for report to senior management and suggested course of action.
-Assist in Due Diligence efforts as required of our Mergers and Acquisitions Group.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
with 10 years' of work experience in related field, and at least five years of experience with
compliance duties.
