Requirements

As a Senior Operational Auditor, you will: • Analyze the operating units by testing for compliance with policies and procedures • Communicate recommendations to operating unit management • Independently perform the audit to ensure ownership of the finished product and gain exposure to key operations personnel • Perform special projects for senior management To be considered for this position and further growth opportunities, you should possess: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance • 1-3 years work experience, preferably with a “Big Four” Public Accounting firm, a large regional accounting firm or a large publicly traded company • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Experience in reviewing findings with senior management, a plus • Ability to travel 25-30% of the time
