Job Description:

Finance and Accounting – Gov K

Responsibilities:
Manage the financial, administrative and corporate operations of the company, including but not limited to:
•Accounting and financial management and control
•Hire, train and supervise staff
•Budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning
•Cash management
•Banking relationships
•Audit coordination
•Risk management
•Tax and corporate filings
•Prepare financial and operating reports and briefing materials for senior management, advisory boards and the Board of Directors regarding corporate operations.
•Manage contractual relationships with third-party consultants.
•Supervise support staff to ensure timely completion of Corporation work.
•Undertake special projects and other duties as assigned from time to time by the President
•Participate in due diligence for potential acquisitions

Requirements:
•BS in Accounting
•Candidate is preferred to be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or MBA
•Hands-on experience with overseeing accounting operations
•Government Contracting Experience
