Duties and Qualifications
Responsible for generation and management of a profitable loan and deposit portfolio and non-interest income from businesses with annual sales of $5 - $100MM through the development and retention of long term, profitable client relationships.  Responsible for the management of an assigned portfolio of business and mixed household accounts.  Retains and strengthens current relationships and seeks to develop new business through various channels such as cross-sales and working referrals.  Actively participate in various sales campaigns.  Meet and exceed sales goals in deposits, loans, and referrals.  Work with 360 partners as necessary to drive referrals. 
 
Minimum Requirements - External
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience consisting of 4+ years experience in a lending ; credit, TM, PWM and sales training 4  6 years experience in financial services

Minimum Requirements  Internal
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience consisting of 4+ years experience in a lending or financial services position with demonstrated experience and success in meeting sales goals, managing client relationships and experience in credit, credit support or financial analysis.
