(W) Computer Specialist
Location: Alexandria, Va.

The ServiceSource Network is seeking an IT Specialist who will provide the ServiceSource Northern Va. employees and customers with technical support.  Specialist will be responsible for 80 remote & local desktop(s); extensive in-person and on phone customer service support in standard Microsoft desktop applications/email. Candidate must have solid PC troubleshooting and networking skills, working knowledge of Windows servers 2003/2008; XP/Vista, Microsoft Office 2003/2007; Outlook/Exchange, Sonicwall, Cisco, Sans, BNC helpdesk, Terminal Services; SQL server and previous end-user/desktop support experience.  All candidates must have at least 3-4 solid years in technical trouble shooting support, servers and proven customer service skills. BA or BS required in IT or related field; tour of duty 11 am – 2030. A+ certification and Server experience a plus; outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are mandatory. Local candidates preferred. Candidate must be able to successfully pass credit, criminal background and drug testing requirements. Local & remote travel required.   It is imperative that resume/application include salary history and requirements
