TS/SCI CLEARANCE with – POLYGRAPH REQUIRED CI minimum, FullScope preferred (US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED)
This is a full-time, permanent position
Description:
Project Management responsibilities will include providing leadership to assigned projects in regards to
business development/marketing, maintaining positive owner/architect relationships, involvement with
estimating, providing supervision to construction staff to provide a successful and safe project that is
completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Providing assistance with the estimating process to the Pre-Construction and Estimating teams
• Scheduling and assisting superintendent with planning proper staffing of assigned projects
• Ensuring project is constructed in accordance with contract requirements
• Maintaining positive relations with owner/architect as well as entire project team
• Provide leadership to project team to ensure a safe, profitable, timely project
• Provide overall contract administration throughout close-out of assigned projects

Requirements:
Self-starter that relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Ability to work independently in a demanding environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and 3 or more years related experience
Professional Engineer and/or Project Management Professional Certification is a plus
