Job Description:

Project Manager


  Ideal candidates will have 5-10 years of electrical construction management experience with significant project experience in at least one of the following markets: large-scale commercial, semiconductor, industrial, sports facilities or design/build.
Candidates must have successfully managed multiple projects with electrical contract values totaling $5-10 million over the last five (5) years. A degree in construction management, architectural engineering or electrical engineering is preferred or completed training and experience as an electrical apprentice and journeyman.


Additional qualifications should include proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access); proficiency in Primavera P3 Suretrak Scheduling software; strong communication skills and commitment to customer satisfaction. Looking for Project Managers for Baltimore, Richmond and D.C. metro locations.
