Project
Manage queues in workbench to ensure successfully completion of installation and delivery of service from contract signing through installation completion at a local and national level. Proactively identifies and resolves all aspects of order fallout to ensure that a customer’s service is ready for installation on the scheduled date. Handle any day of installation fall-out issues to ensure successful installation. Follow up with customer to ensure customer satisfaction and successful installation of service(s).
Tasks
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Located at Manassas Center of Excellence
- Manage the Order Verification, Build DST, and CPE Install queues (additional queues as added) to proactively ensure orders are worked on or prior to due date.
- Expedite speedy and successful installation and delivery of service through proper management of queues
- Receive orders from Local and National Sales and perform technical review and validation check using BSS Order Verification Checklist.
- Review Service Order Agreement with customer for accuracy, capture additional feature configuration details, and obtain customer’s preferred installation dates/times.
- Input/Schedule order in appropriate system with an attention to detail for order accuracy.
- Identify any fallout and take appropriate action to resolve prior to day of install.
- Complete Post-installation checklist with customer to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Confirm successful completion of installation and close out Complete Install task.
- Communicate with Senior Business Service Specialist as needed to ensure successful
- Effectively use tools and systems as dictated by the specific needs of individual markets e.g. Workbench, ETS, NPS, BACC GUI, UMS, CADM, Amdocs, COMTRAC, ACSR, etc.
- Additional responsibilities as needed to meet the needs of the business
Requirements
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma, Associate’s degree or higher preferred equivalent combination of education and work experience.
EXPERIENCE:
- Strong proficiency in PC use including Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Ability to resolve issues in a timely fashion
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workload, and manage multiple time sensitive issues
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of one to year telecommunications experience
- Experience in provisioning preferred
