Job Description This position will support the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) SAP ERP efforts in Patuxent River, MD, at the NAVAIR ERP Business Office. Successful candidate will apply system solutions to business problems through the design and implementation of automated solutions.

Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Business or Technical field plus eight (8) years relevant work experience (or High School Diploma and twelve (12) years of experience) is required,

Experience:
Ten (10) plus years Navy/NAVAIR supply/logistics experience is required. Candidate must possess excellent analytical and consulting skills (must be able to provide examples of research/analysis performed for previous work assignments). Warehouse Management, Kit Management and/or Interim Supply Support (ISS) experience preferred. Experience with the use or analysis of Navy/DoD Inventory Management systems/tools (e.g., KITMIS, RRAM, UICP, DCM, etc.) is preferred. NAVAIR supply/logistics experience a plus. Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience is required.

Knowledge, skills and abilities:
Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task. Candidates must possess superior oral and written communications skills, the ability to work in a team environment, the ability to work in an ad-hoc/dynamic and fast-paced work environment with time-sensitive deadlines. The ability to work independently to perform assignments with instruction limited to results is required. Microsoft Office experience is required.
