Job Description:

ISA Consulting is currently seeking an Infrastructure consultant to provide installation services on the full suite of Oracle Hyperion products in the Northeast Region (CT, NY, NJ, PA, DC, and VA). Qualified applicants will have a minimum of 4 years of installation experience in windows and UNIX environments. Overall experience should be a minimum of 6-8 years of progressive, successful accomplishments for their employers and their clients. Responsibilities: The consultant will work alone or as a part of an ISA team to implement Hyperion solutions across all industries and will help ISA Clients to achieve positive return on investments. Listed below are some specific responsibilities a consultant can expect while working at ISA. Gathering and analyzing business requirements Participating in determining standards and best practices Partnering with an implementation team Transferring knowledge to the clients Required Experience and Skills: Qualified candidates must have excellent business consulting experience, a strong balance between technical, business and project management skills and a can do attitude. Overview of Oracle Hyperion technical architecture to IT and Business audiences Make recommendations for server sizing and third party software configurations to support Oracle Hyperion software Perform installations of Oracle Hyperion software in Windows and UNIX environments including configuration of third party software components such as relational database servers and J2EE Application Servers Troubleshoot Oracle Hyperion environments including operating systems, hardware configurations and networking Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate with technical and business professionals. Additional Desired Skills Include: Strong Windows system administration skills, J2EE Application server administration, UNIX or Linux skills Experience working with Windows, UNIX, Oracle DB, SQL Server DB, Oracle DB, Oracle Application Server, WebLogic, WebSphere, Apache, JRUN Strong organizational and time management skills a must Undergraduate or equivalent work experience is required, preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems.
