Job Description:

Assist with business development and management tasks including performing research on market conditions and forecast future marketing and financial trends, gather data on competitors and analyze prices for business solicitation; corporate and product positioning and technical proposal drafting; prepare and develop pricing, cost analysis and promotion strategies for the services offered to ensure company's sales growth and competitive advantage; projects planning and management including budget and financial planning, analysis and monitoring, project planning, coordination and monitoring; project staffing and management including identifying and interviewing IT/business analyst subject matter experts to understand and gather Clients' business requirements and technical specifications, documentation of business and functional requirements, gap analysis, process analysis, ensure that the technical team develops and implements the system/project in accordance with Client's requirements and standards; involved with client communications, project presentations and briefings sessions; create, update, and maintain a database for tracking projects/financial data and prepare and generate periodic analytical financial, budgetary and business reports to support executive and top management decision making. Must have knowledge and/or experience in use of several of the following: MS Office – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Projects, WordPerfect, CAD, Graphical design tools, SAS, dBase, mathematical and statistical modeling, Costpoint, or related skills. Frequent domestic/ international travel required.
Required Skills:

Primary Skills: Qualifications: BA/BS in Business Admin/Management, Economics, Finance, Law, Accounting, Computer Science/MIS and 5-8 years exp in relevant field. Employer will consider suitable alternative combination of education, training, and/or experience that equips candidate with ability to perform job such as MBA/MS. Suitable alternative exp. include Business Administrator, Business Manager, Office Manager/ Administrator, Systems Manager/Executive, Project/Program Managers, Contracts/Procurement Managers, Legal Specialist/Attorney, Accountant, Financial Analysts or related occupation.
