Job Specifications:

• Responsible for the design, construction, implementation and support of SAP Business Warehouse v.7.0 reporting projects.


• Perform all aspects of BW query development including the development and maintenance of reports, usage of Report Web and/or Information Broadcasting, testing reports, and the creation of relevant documentation.


• Develop and maintain relationships with key Supply Chain business partners to understand their reporting needs.


• Work with business analysts and end-users to identify and document requirements.


• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.


• Utilize system life cycle methodology throughout the project life cycle to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects.


• Complete all non-project related tasks that support and enhance the Business Warehouse as assigned.


• Provide end-user support.

Employee Specifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in information technology or related field.

·         2+ years experience in IT application development, preferably in a data warehouse environment.

·         2+ years experience with SAP Business Warehouse, in a front end query design position.  Experience should include BEx Web, BEx Analyzer, templates, dashboards, graphing and 3rd party presentation tools.  ABAP coding skills a plus.

·         Basic understanding of Supply Chain Planning business processes and concepts.

·         Strong problem solving and analytical skills, self motivated, and the ability to work independently.

·         Effective personal organization and planning skills.

·         Good communication and presentation skills.

·         Team player with strong customer focus and the ability to translate business user specifications into technical designs.

·         Ability to deliver integrated solutions to tight schedules.

·         Willingness and ability to travel as required.
