Cummings & Associates, Inc. (CAA ) is seeking an EVM Specialist in our Washington, DC location with experience implementing earned value management systems for government agencies. The candidate must work well in a multi-disciplinary team environment and have the ability to work independently.  The candidate must have 4-8 years of experience in 3 or more of the following areas:

5         EVM analysis and reporting

6         Scheduling

7         Integrated Baseline Reviews

8         Cost estimating

Required skills:

4         Strong analytical skills

5         Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

6         Business Process Re-engineering

7         MS Project Server or Primavera

8         Cobra, MPM, or other EVM tool

Experience:

2         10 or more years of relevant work experience, Bachelors degree required, PMP certification a plus
