Position Overview


 


The Senior Client Service Associate (CSA), Credit Practice, position reports to the Senior Vice President, Credit Practice, and is in our Diversified Financial Services group.  This position is responsible for assisting our Business Development and Product Management teams in their day-to-day sales, marketing and product development activities.  The Senior CSA will assist the business development team in the testing of our solutions with client files and will assist the product management and development groups in the improvements to our solutions to reflect client and marketplace needs.


 


The Senior CSA will:


 



  • Engage and assist clients in their day-to-day marketing efforts;

  • Interpret sales, market tracking, and market share data in order to drive clients toward optimizing their marketing efforts and better decision making;

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Relationship Managers to develop, produce  and deliver custom product analysis and development  on behalf of clients;



  • Coordinate and prepare custom project deliveries including the specification, preparation and presentation of results and analyses for testing IXI solutions on behalf of clients;

  • Consult on marketing strategies and challenges by applying IXI services;



  • Evaluate and recommend segmentation applications in support of target marketing initiatives;

  • Support implementation service plans and user groups within each client organization; 

  • Support client training on IXI products and services; and

  • Conduct meetings with client where appropriate and provides direct client facing support.


 


Qualifications:


 



  • B.S. or B.A. in related field, or equivalent training and experience

  • Two (2) to three (3) years in a related customer service role, working directly with data and relational data bases related to credit, mortgage and HELOC operations of, or for, large US financial services organization(s)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly the ability to prepare clear and concise client-ready documents

  • Exceptional ability to analyze data and effectively apply the results

  • Ability to work either independently or in a team environment, depending on the task

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and execute against identified key service priorities

  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to demonstrate commitment to clients

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, manage client expectations

  • Detailed proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel (pivot tables, etc) and PowerPoint, and IXI utilized analytic tools and software e.g., SAS.
