Put your years of experience into a future of excellence at Oberon, A Stanley Company!  Oberon is seeking a Functional Analyst to work onsite at Falls Church, VA.
 
Specific Duties:
      Assist Government Branch Chief in managing branch activities / action items / personnel / etc. per government requirements.
      Work with Oberon Project Manager in documenting, following up and completing of action items for government projects.
      Responsible for a wide variety of highly detailed and complex program activities, with an emphasis on development, analysis, and evaluation of program status.
      Work with Oberon Program Manger in preparing and presenting program level management reviews of program performance.
      Initiate Information Assurance (IA) certification decision and accreditation determination.
      Support senior staff as required and ensure customer requirements and project milestones are met.
      Maintain up-to-date knowledge of computer and network vulnerabilities, and associated exploitation tools and techniques.
      Perform security assessments of classified and unclassified systems to ensure compliance with DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG)
      Generate monthly / weekly activity reports in accordance with contract requirements.
      Review / Create System Security Plans and DIACAP Scorecards to ensure compliance with DoD Standards and Policies.
      Work with other IA staff to coordinate with external organizations to determine and evaluate computer security risks and vulnerabilities.
      Track / Report applicable Information Assurance Vulnerability Assessment (IAVAs) through monitoring of the Vulnerability Management System (VMS). 

Qualifications
Minimum Education Requirement and Years of Experience:
    * An Associates Degree with seven years of relevant experience
    * OR Bachelors Degree with five years of relevant experience.
    * OR Military experience with sevens years of relevant experience
    * OR Training Certificates from an accredited training program with seven years of relevant experience

Additional Requirements:
    * An active SECRET security clearance
      Working knowledge of networking technologies and Information Assurance Tools.
      Familiarity of project management to include: project scheduling, financial reports and management support (briefings, point papers, white papers, staff studies, business cases, minutes and decision papers).
      Microsoft Software proficiency (Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
      Working knowledge of systems configuration and management of firewalls, IDS, servers and workstations.
      Ability to work closely with government officials and program customers.
      Working knowledge of Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation procedures and policies.
      Possession of an ACTIVE SECRET clearance is required to begin employment.
