Macro Solutions is hiring for an immediate Project Manager opening for a large Federal PeopleSoft HR and Financial 9.0 project in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.


 


*Candidates must be U.S. citizens or have a Green Card; no H-1Bs.*


 


The candidate must have PeopleSoft HRMS and Financials experience, project management skills, and Federal HRMS and Financials knowledge.


 


Due to the complexity of the upgrade, candidates must also have:


 



  • 10+ years experience with PeopleSoft

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent 

  • Demonstrated ability to manage large, diverse teams

  • Understanding of EVMS

  • Experience managing within a multi-contractor environment

  • Experience developing and maintaining Microsoft Project plans

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to interact directly with senior client staff

  • PMP Certification desired

  • Local candidates preferred.
