| Responsibilities: |
The PP&C Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling program related activities including sales, costs, profit, and program milestones, delivery schedules and assets as directed by the responsible Program Manager. This includes financial management of selected subcontractors, such as ensuring purchase orders are initiated and invoices paid pursuant to program schedule. This person will lead the implementation of the company financial control system, provide analysis financial planning, forecasting and reporting to identify current and anticipated schedule and cost changes, initiating and developing a corrective action plan presentation to the responsible Program Manager. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Include but are not limited to the following: • Establish a financial cost reporting system that is compliant with company identified requirements. • Provide all required financial reports to internal and external customers. • Perform periodic EVMS surveillance of suppliers and at a program level. • Plan and lead activities related to EAC / ETC financial reviews. • Review any requested customer changes to the program reporting requirements to determine potential financial impact. • Provide and analyze input for monthly sales, profit, and milestone billing forecasts. Provide input to the responsible Program Manager. • Provide variance analysis of monthly sales, profit, schedule and milestone billing forecast comparing it to prior forecast and plan. • Prepare program financial plans including budgeting of baseline activities which establishes the initial program performance baseline. Maintain the ability to reconcile changes due to customer authorized changes. • Prepare and provide production cost data. • Assist in the development of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) • Support program / business area management in evaluating program status and improving performance. • Help in the consolidation of the monthly Business Unit financials. • Support Governmental program audits. • Performs other duties as requested or required by appropriate supervision. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assumes a lead roll and will frequently be required to give direction to company Associates assigned to the program and as delegated by the responsible Program Manager. Also requires considerable interface with company department managers and directors.

| Qualifications: |
Bachelor’s degree in appropriate discipline or equivalent with 4 to 6 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior involvement with government programs and contracts is essential. Ability to analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write and/or effectively present reports and other information to Business Area Manager, top management, and customers. Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, and permutations. Ability to apply or interpret mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, internal rate of return, future value determinations and breakeven analysis. Primary software usage includes Microsoft Excel, Access and other position specific software. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical, diagram of graphical form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
