The Project Coordinator will provide project administration support during the entire project lifecycle. Responsibilities include:

• Project setup

• Create and track project schedule
• Manage issues list for individual releases
• Create Software lifecycle development (SDLC) deliverables
• Capture meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
• Coordinate and facilitate project status meetings

• Ensure SDLC compliance for all changes
• Coordinate change management process
• Support compliance related activities
• Create weekly project status report

Qualifications:
Must-Have Skills:

• Required to have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience


• 5 or more years of project management experience managing multiple medium to large-scale projects in a technology/infrastructure environment


• Excellent analytical, organizational, teaming, and interpersonal skills


• Expertise in written, verbal communication, and presentation skills


• Expertise with automated project management tools


• Thorough understanding of the system life cycle methodology


• Expertise in MS Project and all MS Office tools


• Ability to coordinate and/or lead meetings


• Experience with project coordination across multiple teams 

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in the mortgage industry preferred


• Experience with Secondary Mortgage Industry’s technology systems, SDLC methodology, and/or the PCRS system
