The Division of Economic and Community Outreach (DECO) at Towson University is accepting applications for a part-time Project Manager/Grant Writer in the department of Extended Education & Online /Learning.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Direct and manage projects ensuring adherence to task orders; develop solutions to program problems; submit project reports; coordinate schedules, instructors, materials, and training locations; handle all logistical aspects of training grants and contracts; identify and acquire new funding sources, write grant proposals; manage and monitor client relationships; review and approve invoices to sponsors; research, identify, develop and respond to public and private grant opportunities.
REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree; three years of relevant experience with grant writing, utilizing spreadsheets and multimedia. A Criminal Background Investigation is required for the hired candidate and the results may impact employment.
SALARY: Competitive salary with contract that includes annual days, sick days, holidays, and tuition remission. This position is contingent on funds being available at the time of hire.
