More information about this job: Position Description: 


The Training and Documentation team of Argon ST seeks to support each of our customers by providing accurate, up-to-date system documentation and effective, innovative training products and services for the operators and maintainers of Argon ST systems. 


Specific duties include, but are not limited to: 


Develop and maintain online user documentation and instructor-led training materials for multiple programs. 


Research and collect system-specific operational and/or maintenance information. 


Participate in system testing activities to both support Quality Assurance and gather data for future documentation. 


With an instructional approach, write about system functionality for technical online documents and/or training materials. 


Interpret technical information and restructure for a less technical audience. 


Assist in the establishment and maintenance of team development standards. Interact in a team environment. 


Willing to participate in training activities to include podium lectures to students on Argon ST systems 


Travel may be expected and should be less than 30%.


 


 


Basic Requirements: 


Must be a U.S. Citizen 


Must hold active Secret clearance and be clearable to TS/SCI 


Minimum 4 years experience using tactical SIGINT systems working as a Cryptologic Technician Maintenance (CTM) or other service equivalent 


Minimum 4 years experience with communications signals collection, analysis, and processing 


Minimum 4 years experience working with ELINT/SIGINT systems


 


 


Other Requirements: 


Proven ability to understand and interpret technical information and restructure it for different audiences (in both written and oral instruction contexts) 


Experience producing training materials and conducting training sessions (in or related to military environment preferred) 


Ability to work both independently and in a team environment 


Strong work ethic, including self-motivation and initiative 


Excellent problem-solving abilities and positive, solution-focused attitude 


Autonomy and independence 


Willingness to adapt to changing tasking, priorities, and deadlines 


Professional people and customer service skills
