 Primary Purpose

 



 


Provide clients with established and customized training on application features and functionality and make basic process recommendations related to software application as well as provide mentoring to Trainers.


 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities


 


50% Provide clients with established training programs on application features, functionality and processes making real time adjustments to the training program based on client’s unique processes and business issues


30 % Make basic process recommendations related to software application as related to specific client business needs.


10% Train trainers; Create basic software documentation


10% Create post-training debrief; Coordinate agendas with client


 


 Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities


      - Other duties as assigned from time to time.


- Travel arrangements within contractual guidelines and in coordination with travel partner


- Basic software configuration


- Participates in team projects that support goals and objectives


 


Knowledge/Skills/Abilities


 


- 2 - 3 Years relevant health care industry experience required.


- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent – Associate Degree or equivalent experience


- Actively participates in industry trade associations to advance knowledge.


- Proficient with more than one software product line or major module


- Ability to write business correspondence, software and procedural documentation


- Ability to verbally respond to inquiries, questions or problems from clients


- Ability to use a laptop PC, various MS software applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other various software applications used as required.


- Good writing, editing, interpersonal and communications skills.


- Professional appearance and presentation required


- Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment and discretion in handling and disseminating information


- Excellent time management, decision-making, and organization skills.


- Expert knowledge of QuadraMed’s products within a defined area


- General interpersonal skills to work as a team member and as a liaison with customers


- Extensive travel required


- Good time management, communications, decision making, presentation, human relations and organization skills


- Able to resolve problems in a timely manner.


- Solid knowledge of organization's products and application areas.


- Excellent interpersonal skills to work as a team member and customer liaison in a variety of situations and with varied personalities


- Stay current on best practices and industry standards
