 Sr. RF Engineer

Currently, Trident has a Sr. RF Engineer position available in our Fairfax, VA office location.


Responsibilities
 Involved in support for new Trident military SIGINT, EW, communications and radar products. The selected candidate will work with Trident’s experienced RF team and be responsible for concept development, requirements specification, RF design, and technical performance of radar, EW and SIGINT systems.


Requirements
 Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field and at least 10 years experience Experience in all aspects of the RF development process, including requirements specification, schematic design, device characterization, simulation, layout, testing, and vendor interfacing. Experience in the design and integration of EW, SIGINT or radar systems, including a full spectrum of RF functionality (amplifiers, switches, mixers, couplers, filters, VCOs, etc).


The following application areas are considered a plus: Advanced wireless networking design, including WiFi, GPRS/GSM, UWB. Regulatory compliance testing for safety/EMI/EMC. Power amplification design experience Past project leadership experience with strong communications skills.
