The ideal candidate will be a Systems Architect with experience in implementing Lean New Product Development processes, Design for Manufacturing and is able to develop and facilitate a process that cultivates and harvests innovative ideas. BA in Engineering required, MBA preferred. 5-10 years. Engineering Leadership exp. required. Experience with Lean and DFM in a Medical Device environment is ideal.
