Job Description:

Intelligent Decisions, Inc. (ID), a premiere Government Systems Integrator, has openings for several Capture Managers to join our growing team in Ashburn, Virginia. The Capture Manager will provide strategic direction in qualifying and positioning key integration and services opportunities, as well as directing and managing all elements of the business development lifecycle from qualification through award.  The Capture Manager will report directly to the Director of Capture Management.

Responsibilities:

·         Responsibilities include establishing and directing execution of the Capture Plan, developing the win strategy, working with account managers to determine teaming approach and negotiating attractive teaming agreements and workshare.

·         Identifying and participating in events such as customer calls, industry days, trade shows and seminars that support capture objectives.

·         Managing the capture process, including working with the proposal manager in support of proposal activities to ensure the win strategy is presented throughout the proposal.

·         Developing price-to-win targets and pricing strategies

·         Leading team sessions including Win Strategy, Black Hat, and Color Team reviews.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

·         Bachelors degree or 10+ years relevant work experience

·         8+ years experience in managing and leading the successful capture of complex Federal Government opportunities

·         Proven track record capturing programs and developing winning proposals

·         Understanding of entire business development lifecycle

·         Willingness to do whatever it takes to ensure a compelling and compliant response

·         Excellent analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills

·         Exceptional oral and written communication

·         Ability to establish a solid working relationship with customers, account management and technical staff, managers, peers, and other business areas.

·         Comfortable interacting at all levels of internal, external, and customer organizations up to executive management.

Desired Skills:

·         Extensive knowledge and understanding of the IT services environment

·         Experience managing IT program

·         Broad knowledge of the system integration community

·         Security clearance highly desired
