MUST:
•6-8 years professional experience
•Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of HR Generalist or equivalent experience
•4 years experience in similar role as HRIS Analyst with PeopleSoft
•Four-year degree and/or equivalent training/experience required
•Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Access; PS Project
•PeopleSoft report writing tool experience (Crystal reports or other)
•Working knowledge of SQL Server 2005 and Windows Server 2003
•Excellent communication skills

DUTIES:
Immediate full time position for a Senior HRIS Analyst at its Washington, DC headquarters office. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources. The successful candidate will work closely with the Office of Human Resources (OHR) and IT teams on existing PeopleSoft HRIS solutions, support HRIS processes, capture and help deliver new functional business requirements, and day-to-day HRIS application support. In addition, candidate will work closely with the OHR to capture requirements for business reports, and will work closely with IT to develop reports for business analysis.
Candidate will act as liaison between OHR and OIT with a focus on the continuous improvement of HR systems and processes to ensure efficient and effective business operations:
•Analyze HR data and facilitate reporting from all HR systems to support HR business operations
•Define and implement HR processes and procedures for the collection of required applicant and employee record data
•Analyze business needs and write requirements for system improvements
•Lead teams of IT and HR professionals to facilitate system enhancements and upgrades
•Write test plans for User Acceptance Testing and manage schedules as appropriate to ensure on-time delivery of system improvements
•Coordinate, test and apply table updates in the HRIS system
•Provide advice, training and first line support for users
•Oversee the collection and input of data in to HRIS, and audit data files to ensure integrity and accuracy
•Write queries on an ad hoc basis as needed
•Other duties as required
