AECOM is seeking HR Records Specialists in our Richmond Virginia Shared Services Center to maintain confidential employee records for our U.S. Operations. Positions will also be involved in the administration of human resources programs. Current position will support employees on various times zones and required to work 11:00AM to 8:00PM. Successful candidates will be responsible for the following:
Job Duties:

Create and Maintain active and terminated personnel files.

Process high-level confidential requests for employee information

Audit incoming new employee paperwork and process through employee paperwork tracking software.

Process subpoena’s by gathering information from employee personnel files, Oracle, and legacy information systems in a timely manner.

Input confidential employee data into HRI systems.
Process all company seniority date worksheets to calculate the length of service for employee dates that will drive PTO accrual and length of service.

Receive and update Form I-9s via hardcopy and electronically.

Assist in the creation and maintenance of HR forms and communications.
Perform administrative duties related to employee programs e.g. service awards and tuition reimbursement.

Work on special projects and perform other job-related duties as needed.

Required Experiences and Skills:

1 to 3 years Human Resource work experience
Available to work shift from 11:00AM- 8:00PM

Experience and knowledge of filing and records retention laws.

Experience in processing subpoena’s for employee related information.

Motivated self-starter and team player with strong administrative, organizational filing, communication and customer service skills.

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information handled.

Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (e.g., MS Excel, Access, Word).

Knowledge of Oracle.
