Job Description
The Claims Service Rep will handle incoming phone calls on the 800 lines processing first report of claims and assisting with claim status questions. The Rep will also be responsible for various Claims projects.
 
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will show an attention to detail and good oral and written communication skills. Prior phone/customer service experience, with the ability to handle difficult calls required. Must demonstrate good typing skills and be proficient in Windows. Bilingual – English/Spanish a plus.
