We are looking for a Corporate Legal Operations Specialist who will be able to offer strong customer service skills, have excellent time management and a desire to succeed. In a short time you will be possess very good working knowledge of CT policies, practices and procedures and be fully trained in all fulfillment related tasks. The successful candidate must be flexible and work closely and cooperatively with customers, the Service Teams, State Agencies and all CT departments.
Position responsibilities:
- Review and obtain key factors from complex legal documents
- Maintain good internal/external customer relationships
- Foster teamwork in support of reaching team goals
- Demonstrate excellent telephone and technical skills
- Be meticulous and detail oriented in following customer specified lawsuit handling instructions
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Customer service experience - minimum 1 year
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must type 40 WPM; 50 WPM preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet, ability to learn new applications
- Effective written & verbal communications skills
- Exceptional organizational skills, ability to manage heavy work flow
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work alone and also in a team environment
- Legal/Paralegal exposure a plus
