Job Description:

A highly regarded 60+ attorney regional law firm with offices in Suburban Maryland and Pennsylvania has a need for a labor and employment attorney with at least 4-5 years of progressively responsible experience in managing a case from beginning to completion. The firm has a sophisticated management labor/employment practice representing many mid-size businesses in wage/hour cases, discrimination cases, wrongful termination, collective bargaining, union avoidance, policy formulation and implementation. Strong academic credentials, and intense experience in both employment counseling and litigation required. It is essential that the candidate be able to work with minimal supervision . This position requires independence in handling a delegated project and provides an opportunity to take a leading case management role. Portable business desired but not required.
