Description

Provide logistics support for the HC-130H Program.

Essential Job Functions:

Assist in managing control and direction over ten element logistics activities, in support of HC-130H program efforts.

Coordinate with over 15 PMAs, various commodity owners, and NAVICP LEMs, on logistical matters pertinent to HC-130H.

Assist in reviewing, updating and tracking progress of CCBs, ECPs, Decision Memos, TDs for platform and commodity ECPs.

Provide support in ILS acquisition planning and execution: Schedule, Technical and Fiscal Management.

Assist in tracking and managing usage of Support Equipment (SE) and commodity loaner assets.

Assist in reviewing and commenting on various platform and commodity documents (SOWs, BOAs, CDRLs, etc.).

Support all facets of Training Program development.

Support platform integrations.

Required Skills:

Ability to coordinate all training and publication efforts.

Familiarity with Instructional System Design, Developing and Delivering Course Curriculum.

Ability to maintain meeting minutes/actions and correlate against the program IMS and logistics documents.

Familiarity with MIL-STD-38784.

Ability to work independently.

Desired Skills:

Experience as USCG or US Navy Instructor of aircrew or maintenance personnel.

Experience with Arbortext, Auto-Trol, Acrobat, Illustrator, Quicksilver, and SGML/XML software applications.

DAWIA Level 2 certification for Life Cycle Logistics.

Bachelor's degree is desired.
