Coordinate client-driven network promotions including production, and distribution of print materials, brochures, and point-of-purchase displays and prize packages and the scheduling of all on air promotions.
Issue timely release to sales staff on all available network-driven promotions.
Ensure and verify that commercial spots are aired according to contract requirements.
Prepare and process invoice and affidavits.
Assist in developing marketing activities to generate local ad sales revenue.
Distribute and explain network promotions to all salespeople in area.
Travel with salespeople in each office to client meetings, and help present and sell promotional concepts.
Help train salespeople on how to sell promotions.
Plan and execute sales-related special events in respective areas.
Provide marketing support to account executives and their clients.
Attend weekly sales meetings, and provide marketing update.
Prepare invoices and promotion tracking reports.
Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance is required.
Must be available for overtime or extended hours, as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
