BSI is seeking for a Marketing Manager who will provide product direction at a team level as well as day-to-day direct marketing activities. The individual will be responsible for positioning applicable products for market growth by delivering solutions meeting the customer base need. 


 


Essential Responsibilities:


§         Ongoing monitoring of training revenues against budget. Regular monitoring of marketing spend and campaign ROI and overall effectiveness.


§         Develops BSI brand awareness and market positioning to expand training business


§         Develop the online presence of BSI training within the BSI framework and across the web


§         Identify online opportunities, and develop association and business relationships to advance training business


§         Identify customer profiles and segmentation and tailor solution to meet customer needs


§         Stay up-to-date on new developments and trends to understand customer and market needs.


§         Develop sales and revenue forecasts


§         Develop product positioning and messaging for collateral and promotions


§         Produce, monitor and control the effectiveness of all marketing and promotional material including brochures, promotional letters, email and web marketing material


§         Merge and purge data files for direct marketing promotions


§         Analyze competitive product pricing and product offering


§         Implement develop campaigns to effectively cross-selling and up-selling the full BSi range of product and services


§         Develop thorough product knowledge to increase effectiveness and targeting of campaigns


§         Support the development of new market segments by identifying sources for database expansion in these segments and the product bundles to meet a specific market need


 


Qualifications:


§         BA/BS degree in Marketing or Business, or related degree.


§         MBA or advanced degree - preferred


§         Minimum four years product management or direct marketing


§         Minimum two years working with marketing, sales and operations teams
