Leasing Consultant

Responsible for leasing apartments at our garden style apartment communities in the Baltimore area. The Leasing Consultant will provide superior customer service to our residents, and assist in the daily operation of the community. The position consists of sales, administrative and customer service responsibilities, marketing and promotions, and coordinating community events. (5 day work week, includes every other weekend) Strong administrative skills, multi-tasking ability, experience with Microsoft Office, and dynamic people skills.
