We are currently in need of a proven Marketing Consultant to report directly to the Property Manager and insure a positive first impression to the residency and prospective residents in the Maryland/Virginia area.
We are seeking an experienced, performance driven team player that requires an outgoing, organized and customer service oriented demeanor who can multi task and enjoys working with the public. The Leasing Professional understands the importance that first impressions will make the difference in the success of the property. Successful candidates will come from a background of successful ‘hands on’ performance and recognizes the importance of a smile and a handshake.
Job Description:
· Assist in the management of all activities relating to the operation of the property including but not limited to:
o A proven track record in ‘Sales’
o Proficient in determining the needs of a client and address those needs
o Ability to close the sale
o Schedule appointments and be superb at follow up skills
o Tour the community and the units daily to insure that the product meets our standards
o Attention to detail
o Assist in the development of a marketing plan and a corporate outreach program
o Exhibit a highly energized telephone persona
