Westminster Title Agency, a subsidiary of Toll Brothers, Inc., seeks a Business Development Manager to develop outside sales of title and settlement services in the Washington DC Metro area.


 


Representing Westminster Title Agency, you will sell title and settlement services to homebuyers, real estate agents, agencies, and lender organizations.

Qualifications:


The successful candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented team player, excellent verbal & written communication skills, and the ability to navigate in a Microsoft Windows environment. A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Liberal Arts or a related field, or 5 years of title sales experience is required. A current title insurance license or the ability and willingness to obtain one is required.
