Analyze existing computer and communications networks, operating systems and servers to assess security risks and performance; design, develop, configuration and installation of computer networks/systems architect, establish and monitor user environments, accounts, directories and security profiles, and ensure/verify proper functioning of all networks, servers and computer resources, implement Firewall and Antivirus plan, design and configure VPN between offices, and analyze VOIP solutions; perform systems/networks configuration, installation, upgrade, troubleshooting and maintenance, backup, disaster recovery, customizing, migration; provide End-User/Desktop/PCs technical support including installing, configuring, upgrading and maintenance and connectivity of desktop hardware and software resources such as desktops, laptops, mobile phones, printers, faxes, scanners and business applications, emails and database systems onto the network system, setting up Security Access and user accounts; and Develop/upgrade of user operations and procedures guides/documentation using diverse technical tools, technologies and networking protocols such sing network protocols and tools.

Primary Skills:
Must have at least 2-3 yrs hands-on and diversified exp. in. several of listed technologies/ languages or professional IT Certification training or post graduate education/training because position requires working simultaneously on multiple projects for various clients and working on complex systems/appl. MS Exchange, Veritas, Site Server, TCP/IP, NFS, DHCP, IBM AIX, McAfee and/or Symantec, Lotus Notes, Visual Basic, SQL Servers, C, C++, Novell Netware, COTS, , GIS (Arc-Info), Testing Language Script, DB2, COBOL, Dell 6300, 4300 Servers and Workstations, Oracle databases, Oracle Developer 2000, Oracle Designer 2000, LAN/WAN, CISCO, MS DOS, MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, Unix, Windows NT/XP/2000/2003, etc.

Qualifications: BS/BA or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS/IS, Maths, Physics, Science, Business and 2-5 experience or other suitable combination of education, training, experience that equips candidate with requisite skills, abilities and experience to perform job duties, including foreign 3-year degree in relevant field or associates degree and 2-5 years exp or MS/MA in relevant field. Suitable alternative exp. includes Systems Engineer/Manager, Systems Analyst/ Administrator, Network Engineer/Manager/Analyst, Programmer Analysts, Database Analysts/ Administrators/Managers, Applications Analysts/Developers, Helpdesk / IT Support, Technical Support, or related experiences/occupations. Frequent domestic travels required to clients' sites.
