Job description:



Responsible for developing and producing default forecasts and credit
analytics for Client's mortgage business. Produces predictive models that
forecast call center volume, 1st and 2nd mortgage foreclosures and
delinquencies, short sales, and REO activity. Activities include performing ad
hoc analytics, statistical analyses, data queries and modeling, and providing
technical and analytical support to other groups within Client.

Required Skills
· +4 years mortgage banking experience, +3 years of predictive modeling
experience,
· +3 years experience credit analytics.
· Demonstrated advanced SAS, SAS-ETS and Excel experience.
· Demonstrated experience using advanced statistical techniques and
time-series analysis.
· Masters degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Engineering, or similar
quantitatively technical fields preferred.
· Demonstrated experience using SAS-ETS, Fidelity Passport, SQL, and EVIEWS.
· Hands-on experience using multivariate statistical models and simulation
techniques to provide decision support in large financial organizations.
· Experience presenting complex information to non-technical groups and
working successfully on multi-disciplinary teams.
