Summary

This position will manage and oversee the daily operations of the ACE program to which provides  the following Services:

Network Design, Assessment and Diagnostics

Solutions Design and Optimization

Technical Account Management

Dedicated Onsite Engineering

Specific requirements:
Strong background in enterprise architecture

Highly Organized, Good Project Management Skills

High End Network Design and Implementation experience

Excellent Network Troubleshooting and Recovery Skills

Proven track record of Technical Management skills within a Unified Communications   environment

Proven track record of managing integrated solutions

Ability to manage a diverse group of engineers in a focused solution oriented fashion

General requirements:
Must be able to assess problems, research alternatives and pursue acceptable solutions while remaining within company guidelines

Proficient in documenting services and procedures with a sound understanding of effective technical writing is desired

Willing to travel about 15% of the time

Must be a team player.  Must be organized and detailed, but also flexible and quick when necessary

Must possess a high degree of interpersonal skills, basic courtesy, and temperament in order to work with internal users, peers, and external partners
Must be innovative and resourceful. Willing to “learn, un-learn, and re-learn”

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in electrical/computer engineering or equivalent desired plus 2 years of experience in a technical field. In the absence of a formal degree, minimum 5 years of progressively responsible, directly applicable experience in which incumbent learned to perform the requirements of the position may be substituted. An additional 2 years of experience leading a team is required.

Certifications: CCNA or equivalent required, MSCE and/or CCNA desired
