Position Summary:


To be considered for this position -- applicants must be a US citizen with an active TS/SCI security clearance


 


The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:


 


-- providing day-to-day management for all contract personnel assigned, insuring high-quality and acceptable task completion and deliverables from contract personnel in compliance with established Statement of Work (SOW), schedule and budget constraints


-- supervising contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates


-- formulating and enforcing work standards


 -- assigning contractor schedules


-- providing local training (OJT) and direction 


-- reviewing work discrepancies, formulating and insuring appropriate corrective actions are implemented


-- providing integration planning and interface with other functional areas to insure technical solutions and schedules are effectively and efficiently implemented


-- serving as the primary focal point for non-routine to moderately complex projects/activities covered by the SOW


-- provide required periodic staffing, budget, and status reports, order information, issue/risk assessments, etc. to COTR and corporate management


-- meeting contractual performance criteria and due dates during service delivery and overall project completion


-- tracking and monitoring service orders through completion and turn-up


-- encouraging and fostering a team working environment


 


Supervisory/Management Experience: 10 years previous experience in a technical/engineering field desired


 


Education: Bachelor's Degree -- Equivalent applicable work and supervisory experience will be considered when determining candidate qualification for this position.
